عزك لا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يبيع بياناتك، ولا يشترط حسابًا. والدخولُ بحسابِ جوجل أو آبل اختياريٌّ ولا يُطلَبُ منك لاستعمال التطبيق — وما نحفظُه عنك إن دخلتَ مذكورٌ في القسم ٦، ومحوُه بيدك من داخل التطبيق.
ملفُّ طفلك ومحادثاتُه محفوظةٌ على جهازه وحده. نحن لا نراها ولا نخزّنها على خوادمنا.
لكنْ — كي يجيب عزك على سؤال، يجب أن يُرسَل السؤالُ إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعيّ. هذه الصفحة تشرح بالضبط ماذا يُرسَل، وإلى مَن.
عزك مساعدٌ يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعيّ — ليس إنسانًا، وليس عالِمًا ولا شيخًا، وقد يُخطئ في المعلومة وفي الحكم الشرعيّ. اجعله مُعينًا لا مرجعًا، والمرجعُ أهلُ العلم.
وفي التطبيق زرُّ «بلّغ» تحت كلّ ردّ، لتُبلغنا عن أيّ محتوًى خاطئ أو غير مناسب.
يُخزَّن في متصفّح جهازك (localStorage):

وقد خرجَ من هذه القائمةِ بندٌ كانَ فيها: رمزُ قفلِ الوالدين. كانَ يُحكَمُ عليه في المتصفّح، وصارَ الحكمُ عندَنا: يُرسَلُ الرمزُ الذي تكتبُه إلى خادمِنا ليُقارَن، ونحفظُ نحن بصمتَه المُملَّحةَ لا الرمزَ نفسَه، مربوطةً بمعرِّفِ هذا الجهازِ وحدَه. انظر القسم ٦.
لا نرى هذه البيانات ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها. وحذفُ التطبيق أو مسحُ بيانات الموقع يمحوها نهائيًّا. انظر صفحة حذف البيانات.

لا يُرسَل شيءٌ إلى أيّ خدمةِ ذكاءٍ اصطناعيّ قبل موافقتك الصريحة. عند أوّل تشغيل — وقبل أن تُرسَل أيُّ بيانات — تُعرَض عليك شاشةٌ تشرح ماذا يُرسَل وإلى مَن ولماذا، وفيها خياران واضحان لا ثالثَ لهما، ولا خيارَ محدَّدٌ مسبقًا:

والجهاتُ التي تستقبل هذه البيانات مذكورةٌ بأسمائها ووظائفها في القسم ٥ أدناه.
لا يستخدم عزك هذه البيانات للإعلانات أو لتتبعك، ولا يرسلها إلى مزودي الخدمة إلا لتشغيل الميزات التي تختار استخدامها. ونقولها بهذه الصيغة عن قصد: هذا التزامٌ عن فعلِنا نحن وعن سببِ الإرسال، لا وعدٌ نيابةً عن كلّ مزوّدٍ بكلّ ما يفعله بعد ذلك — وما نُلزم به المزوّدين مذكورٌ في فقرة الحماية المكافئة في القسم ٥.
والصوتُ خاصّةً: «سمِّعني» في المحفّظ يبدو ميزةً محلّيّة وليس كذلك — فهو يُرسِل التسجيلَ إلى خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في متصفّحك أو نظام تشغيلك. ولذلك يخضع لهذه الموافقة كغيره: عند الرفض لا يعمل التسميعُ الصوتيّ ولا يُطلَب إذنُ الميكروفون له، ويبقى الحفظُ والكشفُ اليدويّ والقراءةُ والمصحفُ كما هي.
الرفضُ خيارٌ حقيقيّ، ولا يُعطِّل التطبيق. عند الرفض تبقى متاحةً وتعمل كاملةً: المصحف، والأذكار والأدعية، وكنوز المعرفة، والمحتوى المحلّيّ، والإعدادات، وصفحاتُ الخصوصية والدعم والحذف. وتتوقّف وحدَها الميزاتُ التي لا تعمل إلّا بالإرسال: المحادثةُ النصّيّة، والمكالمةُ الصوتيّة، ورفعُ الصور والملفات، والنطقُ والتفريغُ السحابيّان، والتسميعُ الصوتيّ عبر خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في المتصفّح أو نظام التشغيل، والبحثُ في المصادر المنطلقُ من سؤالك. وتُعرَض في شاشة المحادثة رسالةٌ صريحةٌ تُبيّن السبب وتَعرِض عليك مراجعةَ الاختيار، لا صفحةٌ فارغة.
يمكنك سحبُ الموافقة في أيّ وقتٍ من: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والذكاء الاصطناعي ← «سحب الموافقة وإيقاف ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي». ويأخذ السحبُ مفعولَه فورًا: يتوقّف كلُّ إرسالٍ جديد، ويُقطَع ما كان جاريًا من طلبٍ أو مكالمةٍ أو تسجيلٍ متى أمكن ذلك بأمان، ويعود التطبيقُ إلى الوضع المحلّيّ. ولا تُحذَف محادثاتُك المحفوظةُ على جهازك تلقائيًّا — سحبُ الإذن بالإرسال ليس طلبَ محو.
ونقولها بصراحةٍ لئلّا نَعِد بما لا نملك: سحبُ الموافقة يمنع الإرسالَ المستقبليّ، ولا يسترجع تلقائيًّا بياناتٍ سبق أن عالجها المزوّدُ وفق سياساته.
الموافقةُ مرتبطةٌ برقم النسخة أعلاه. فإن غيّرنا ما يُرسَل أو إلى مَن يُرسَل، رفعنا رقمَ النسخة، وعُرِضت عليك الشاشةُ من جديدٍ لتختار — ولا تُنقَل الموافقةُ القديمةُ إلى الإفصاح الجديد. وكذلك: إقرارُك القديمُ بتنبيه الذكاء الاصطناعيّ ليس موافقةً على مشاركة البيانات، ولا يُحسَب واحدةً.
يقرأ التطبيقُ العمرَ المسجَّل في الملفّ. فإن كان دون ١٣ سنة، لا يكفي ضغطُ زرِّ الموافقة وحدَه لتشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعيّ: تُعرَض بوّابةُ وليّ الأمر داخل التطبيق أوّلًا، ولا تُسجَّل الموافقةُ إلّا بعد اجتيازها، وتُحفَظ عندئذٍ بوصفها موافقةَ وليّ أمر. وتقول الشاشةُ ذلك صراحةً: «يجب على ولي الأمر مراجعة هذه المعلومات والموافقة قبل تشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي للطفل.» فإن لم يوافق وليُّ الأمر، بقي التطبيقُ في الوضع المحلّيّ، ولم يُرسَل اسمُ الطفل ولا عمرُه ولا جنسُه ولا سؤالُه ولا صوتُه ولا صورُه إلى أيّ مزوّد. وعند ١٣ سنة فأكثر تُحفَظ الموافقةُ بوصفها موافقةَ المستخدم.
ولا ندّعي أكثرَ من الحقيقة: بوّابةُ وليّ الأمر هذه حاجزٌ داخل التطبيق وموافقةُ وليّ أمر، وليست وحدَها استيفاءً لكلّ متطلّبات قوانين حماية الأطفال في كلّ الولايات القضائيّة. ونطلب — كما في القسم ٩ — أن يكون استعمالُ من هم دون ١٨ بإشراف وليّ.
قرارُك (موافقةٌ أو رفض) ورقمُ نسختِه وتاريخُه محفوظةٌ على جهازك وحده ولا تُرسَل إلينا. ويُمحى بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف البيانات. أمّا ما عالجه المزوّدُ قبل السحب فيخضع لسياساته، ولطلب حذف ما نملك نحن الوصولَ إليه راسِلنا (القسم ١٠).
لنجيبك، تُرسَل بياناتٌ إلى مزوّدي خدمةٍ يعملون نيابةً عنّا. لا نبيع بياناتك لأحد ولا نُشاركها لأغراض إعلانيّة.

كلُّ اتّصالٍ مشفَّرٌ عبر HTTPS.
حمايةٌ مكافئةٌ لدى مزوّدي الخدمة: نُلزم أي مزوّد خدمة يتلقى بيانات المستخدم من عزك بأن يوفر لها الحماية نفسها أو حماية مكافئة لما هو موضح في هذه السياسة وما تتطلبه إرشادات Apple والقوانين المطبقة، وأن يعالجها فقط للأغراض المحددة هنا.
وهذا التزامٌ نأخذه على أنفسنا في اختيار المزوّدين والتعاقد معهم. ويبقى صحيحًا في الوقت نفسِه أنّ مدّةَ احتفاظ كلّ مزوّدٍ ببياناته وسجلّاته تخضع لسياساته وشروطه هو، لا لنا — فنحن نُلزمه بمستوى الحماية والغرض، ولا نتحكّم بأنظمته الداخليّة، ولا نَعِدُك بما لا نملكه.
وبإيجاز، ما قد يُعالَج عند الطلب: نصُّ سؤالك ومحادثتك، والصورُ التي تختار رفعَها، والتسجيلُ الصوتيُّ والنصُّ الناتجُ عنه حين تستعمل المحادثة الصوتيّة أو التسميع.
ونستعمل كذلك معرِّفاتِ جهازٍ أو متصفّحٍ وبياناتِ تفاعلٍ محدودة — كعنوان IP وعددِ الطلبات ووقتِها — لغرضين لا ثالثَ لهما: تطبيقُ حدود الاستخدام، وتشغيلُ الخدمة وحمايتُها من الإساءة والتعطيل. لا تُستعمل هذه المعرِّفات للإعلانات ولا لتتبُّعك عبر تطبيقاتٍ ومواقعَ أخرى. والسِّجِلُّ التّشغيليُّ المذكورُ في القسم ٦ داخلٌ في الغرضِ الثاني.
من جهتك: لا ترسل في سؤالك بياناتٍ شخصيّةً أو حسّاسةً لا يحتاجها السؤال — كالعناوين وأرقام الهواتف وأرقام البطاقات وكلمات المرور والتفاصيل الصحّيّة. عزك لا يطلبها، وأكثرُ الأسئلة تُجاب دونها.
هذه هي البياناتُ التي نحفظها نحن على خوادمنا. وهي غيرُ ما يُرسَل إلى مزوّدي الخدمة لتنفيذ طلبك — فأولئك قد يعالجون الطلباتِ أو يحتفظون بها وفق سياساتهم وشروطهم، وذلك خارجٌ عن أيدينا.
حين تضغط «بلّغ» عن ردٍّ، نحفظ:
لا نحفظ مع البلاغ عنوانَ IP، ولا حقلَ اسم، ولا أيَّ معرِّف.
لكنْ بصراحة: عزك يخاطب الطفلَ باسمه، فقد يظهر اسمُه داخل نصّ الردّ المُبلَّغ عنه. لا نستطيع نزعَه دون إتلاف الدليل الذي وُجد البلاغُ لأجله.
الغرض: سلامةُ الأطفال وتحسينُ الترشيح — وهو ما تُلزم به سياسةُ المحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعيّ في Google Play. نحتفظ بآخر ٥٠٠٠ بلاغ، ويُسقَط الأقدمُ تلقائيًّا. ولحذف بلاغك، راسِلنا.
ونحفظُ كذلك — وهذه كلُّ البقيّة:
وقد كان في التطبيق استثناءٌ واحدٌ، فأُزيل: كان يُحمَّل Vercel Web Analytics وSpeed Insights لقياس الاستخدام التجميعيّ والأداء. وقد أُزيلا في هذا الإصدار ولا يعملان فيه — لأنّهما كانا يبدآن القياسَ عند فتح الصفحة، أي قبل أن يُجيب المستخدمُ على شاشة الموافقة، والقياسُ قبل الاختيار قياسٌ بلا اختيار. ولم نستبدل بهما أداةَ تحليلٍ أخرى. أمّا الاستضافةُ على Vercel فباقيةٌ كما هي، وسجلّاتُ الخادم القياسيّة اللازمةُ لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها مذكورةٌ في القسم ٥. وليس عندَنا اليومَ من قياسٍ سوى السِّجِلِّ التّشغيليِّ الموصوفِ في القسم ٦: أرقامٌ عن مسارِ الطلبِ نفسِه، بلا نصِّ سؤالٍ ولا عنوانِ IP ولا معرِّفِ جهاز.
أنت من يمنح كلَّ إذنٍ منها، ولا يُؤخَذ شيءٌ منها ضمنًا. يطلبها التطبيقُ عند أوّل استعمالٍ للميزة التي تحتاجها، لا قبل ذلك:

وليٌّ يريد حذفَ بيانات طفله: صفحة حذف البيانات — أو راسِلنا.
قد تتغيّر هذه السياسة. ومتى تغيّرت حدّثنا تاريخَ آخر تحديثٍ أعلى الصفحة — فهو الموضعُ الذي تعرف منه أنّ شيئًا تبدّل — وأعلمناك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغييرُ جوهريًّا.

Ezik shows no ads, sells no data, and requires no account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and is never required to use the app; what we keep if you do sign in is listed in section 6, and erasing it is yours to do inside the app. Your child's profile and conversations are stored on the device only. We do not see them and do not store them on our servers.
But to answer a question, that question must be sent to an AI provider. This page explains exactly what is sent, and to whom.
Ezik is an AI assistant — not a human, not a scholar. It can be wrong, including on religious rulings. A Report button sits under every reply so users can flag incorrect or inappropriate content to us from inside the app.

One item that used to be on this list has left it: the parental lock code. It used to be judged in the browser; it is now judged by us. The code you type is sent to our server to be compared, and we keep a salted digest of it, never the code itself, tied to the identifier of this device alone. See section 6.
We cannot see or access any of it. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data erases it permanently. See the data deletion page.
Consent version: 2026-08-06-1
Nothing is sent to any AI service before your explicit consent. On first run — and before any data is sent — you are shown a screen explaining what is sent, to whom, and why. It offers two clear choices and no third, and neither is preselected:
Merely displaying that screen sends nothing — no request is made to Anthropic, ElevenLabs or Brave Search until your consent has been recorded.

The parties that receive this data are named, with their functions, in section 5 below.
Ezik does not use this data for advertising or tracking and sends it to service providers only to operate the features you choose to use. The wording is deliberate: this is a commitment about what we do and why we send, not a promise made on behalf of every provider about everything they do afterwards — what we require of providers is in the equal-protection paragraph in section 5.
Voice in particular: the memorizer's recitation check looks like a local feature and is not — it sends the recording to the speech-recognition service in your browser or operating system. It is therefore covered by this consent like everything else: if you decline, voice recitation does not run and no microphone permission is requested for it, while memorizing, manual reveal, reading and the Mushaf are unaffected.
Declining is a real choice and does not disable the app. If you decline, the following remain available and fully functional: the Mushaf, the adhkar and supplications, the knowledge treasures, local content, settings, and the privacy, support and deletion pages. Only the features that cannot work without sending stop: text chat, the voice call, uploading images and files, cloud text-to-speech and speech-to-text, voice recitation through the browser's or the operating system's speech-recognition service, and the source search that starts from your question. The chat screen then shows an explicit message stating the reason and offering to review the choice — not a blank page.
You can withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy and AI → “Withdraw consent and turn off the AI features”. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: all new sending stops, any request, call or recording already in progress is cut off where that can be done safely, and the app returns to local mode. Conversations saved on your device are not deleted automatically — withdrawing permission to send is not a request to erase.
Stated plainly, so we promise nothing we cannot keep: withdrawal prevents future sending. It does not automatically retrieve data a provider has already processed under its own policies.
Consent is tied to the version number above. If we change what is sent or who it is sent to, we raise the version number and the screen is shown to you again so you can choose — an old consent is never carried over to a new disclosure. Likewise: your earlier acknowledgement of the AI notice is not consent to share data, and is not counted as one.
The app reads the age recorded in the profile. If it is under 13, pressing the agree button alone is not enough to enable the AI features: the in-app guardian gate is shown first, consent is recorded only after it has been passed, and it is then stored as a guardian consent. The screen says so explicitly: “A guardian must review this information and agree before the AI features are enabled for the child.” If the guardian does not agree, the app stays in local mode and the child's name, age, gender, question, voice and images are sent to no provider. At 13 and above, consent is stored as a user consent.
We claim no more than the truth: this guardian gate is an in-app barrier and a guardian's consent. It is not, on its own, compliance with every child-protection law in every jurisdiction. As in section 9, we require that users under 18 use the app under guardian supervision.
Your decision (agree or decline), its version number and its timestamp are stored on your device only and are never sent to us. They are erased by clearing app data or from the data deletion page. What a provider processed before withdrawal is governed by that provider's policies; to request deletion of what we ourselves can access, email us (section 10).
To answer you, data is sent to service providers acting on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
Equal protection by service providers: We require every service provider that receives user data from Ezik to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by Apple's guidelines and applicable law, and to process that data only for the purposes stated here.
That is a commitment we take on in how we choose and contract with providers. It remains equally true that how long each provider keeps its data and logs is governed by its own policies and terms, not ours — we bind them to a level of protection and a purpose; we do not control their internal systems, and we will not promise what is not ours to promise.
In short, what may be processed to serve a request: the text of your questions and conversations, images you choose to upload, and voice recordings and the text produced from them when you use the voice conversation or the recitation feature.
We also use device or browser identifiers and limited interaction data — such as IP address, request counts and timestamps — for two purposes and no others: enforcing usage limits, and operating and protecting the service against abuse and disruption — the operational record in section 6 falls under the second of those. These identifiers are never used for advertising or to track you across other apps and sites.
Your part: please do not include personal or sensitive data your question does not need — addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, passwords, health details. Ezik never asks for them, and most questions are answered without them.
This is the data we ourselves keep on our servers. It is separate from what is sent to service providers to carry out your request — those providers may process or retain requests under their own policies and terms, which is outside our control.
When a user taps Report on a reply, we store: the reason, the note, the AI reply, the preceding question, the age band, the mode, and the timestamp.
We do NOT store an IP address, a name field, or any identifier with a report.
To be candid: the tutor addresses the child by name, so the child's first name may appear inside the reported reply text. We cannot strip it without destroying the evidence the report exists to preserve.
Purpose: child safety and improving content filtering — as required by Google Play's AI-Generated Content policy. We keep the last 5,000 reports; older ones are dropped automatically. To have a report deleted, email us.

There was one exception, and it has been removed: the app used to load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregate usage and performance. Both are removed and do not run in this release — they began measuring on page load, that is, before the user had answered the consent screen, and a measurement taken before a choice is a measurement taken without one. No other analytics tool replaced them. The only measurement we keep today is the operational record described in section 6: numbers about the request path itself, with no question text, no IP address and no device identifier. Hosting on Vercel is unchanged, and the standard server logs needed to operate and protect the service are described in section 5.
You grant each of these yourself; none is taken implicitly. The app asks the first time you use the feature that needs it, and not before:
You may refuse all of them, or withdraw them later at any time from your device or browser settings. The app keeps working; only the feature that needs the permission stops.
Ezik is designed for children and adults. We require that users under 18 use it under guardian supervision.
A guardian who wants a child's data deleted: see the data deletion page, or email us.
This policy may change. Whenever it does we update the last-updated date at the top of the page — that is where you can tell something moved — and notify users in the app if the change is material.
